Appointments
We advise you to book your appointments in advance so that we can best accommodate you and your needs. To confirm and secure your reservation, a Gift Card or CC details will be required at time of booking.

Please arrive exactly on time for your appointment. No earlier. An additional 10-15minutes is added to each treatment for your to enjoy the spa's relaxing environment and a soothing cup of fresh herbal tea whilst Jacqueline your therapist fine-tunes your personal appointment needs.

Running Late
​
Please let us know as soon as you're aware that you may be late. We will do our best to respect the situation and find a solution, but we hold the right to cut your treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24hours notice for cancellations. It is our policy to charge for missed appointments at the rate of 50%. All our clients are required to leave a credit card or deposit on file that will reserve your appointment time. A missed appointment that you fail to show or notify will results in a 50% charge. Please help us by keeping your appointment.

Reservations made within a 24hr period cannot be changed or canceled. All cancellations must be made with Ruah Organic skin spa directly by calling: 0438329943 or by emailing us at ruahorganic@gmail.com

Late arrival for a scheduled appointment will be accommodated whenever possible; however due to the scheduling of other clients a full we hold the right to cut your treatment time.

Before treatment
Facials
​
Please arrive make-up free to your facial appointment. It is also advised that you do not use any exfoliation/ glycolic/ peels or home remedies 48hours prior to your facial appointment. For extra requirements, Jacqueline will be in touch.

Spa
​
For best results, we recommend men shave on the day of a facial. For women, we recommend shaving or waxing 24-48hours before or after ant thermal or body treatments such as a body wrap or scrub.

What to wear
Robes and wraps are provided for use during your visit. We also offer disposable undergarments. Jacqueline is trained in professional draping to cover you appropriately during treatments to maintain your privacy.

Spray Tanning
​
Please arrive in loose clothing to avoid pressure marks such as tight bra, sports bra or socks. Bring a long a loose fitted shirt to wear after your spray tan. Disposable G strings, hair nets and sticky feet are provided.
During your visit
We aim to provide a peaceful setting for all guests, so we ask you to keep your mobile device on silent and your voice at a low volume. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted.
Special Requirements
Please inform us if you suffer from allergies, sensitivities, high blood pressure, diabetes, a heart condition or any other physical aliments or injuries at the time of your reservation to allow the best possible treatment experience for you. Please notify us when making a reservation if you are pregnant and we will guide you through the treatments suitable for you.
After your treatment
It is very important to drink water after your treatment. Take time to relax immediately afterward, as this will help ensure you experience the full benefits of your treatment. Please follow all specific instructions tailored to you to ensure the best outcome.

Gift Certificates
Ruah Organic Skin Spa Facials or Rituals are an ideal gift for a special occasion and can be purchased at the time of your appointment or on our website. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
